Director/ChairmanAs a Director/Chairman, Mr. Mbaya has extensive and varied career experience in Banking, Management, Leadership Development and Behavior Change strategies, Consulting, Customer Service strategies, Credit Risk Management, Balanced Scorecard based Performance Management and Improvement, Communication and Motivational skills strategies and is also a renowned Trainer/Facilitator both locally and overseas. He was a member of the team that was contracted to facilitate an Africa wide Leadership Development Program by Stanbic Bank for one year.
He has led the CBI 360 training and consulting team during assignments for many organizations including Equity Bank, Central Bank of Rwanda (BNR), Kenya Wine Agencies Ltd (KWAL), Broadband Systems Corporation Ltd (BSC) Rwanda, Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Family Bank, CFC Stanbic Bank, CIC Insurance, National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF), Kenya National Farmers Federation (KENAFF), etc. He has also facilitated in delivering Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard workshops for Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Ltd, Family Bank Ltd and CIC Insurance.

He is a Fellow of Kenya Institute of Bankers (FKIB), a recognition earned through a distinguished career in banking and dynamic participation and contribution in the profession, financial practices and in the society.
