This is the process through which individuals, organizations and societies obtain, strengthen and maintain specialized knowledge, abilities and capabilities to set and achieve their own objectives over time. We conceptualize capacity building in four dimensions: Individual, Systems, Institutional and Organizational levels.
Individual Level Capacity Building
is promotion of individual competencies through learning and development of capabilities, skills and character. We do this through our rigorous needs assessment, aptitude assessments, design of training and coaching programmes and development of staff motivation programmes.
Systems Level Capacity Building
Focus here is on development and strengthening of systems and processes that are innovative and sustainable in nature. We undertake assessment of existing systems and business processes to identify gaps and opportunities and provide matching solutions that enhance quality control and overall efficiency. We design, customize and configure ERP systems, Information Management Systems (IMS) and project specific digitization processes..
Institutional Level Capacity Building
Our goal here is to synergize institutional processes and systems with the people to ensure strategic and efficiency orientation. These three levels enable our clients to harness their internal resources for optimal functionality.
Systems Level Capacity Building
Just like individuals, organizations must also learn continuously and build their capacity for them to grow. The focus here is to strengthen the organizational capability to partner with other organizations and harness external resources for competitiveness. Organizations are empowered to position themselves, identify strategic partnerships and fruitfully engage with other players.
